Yesterday was the PTA Reflections district-wide awards ceremony. Lalie's poem about adopting L. (see post below) took second place in the primary (K-2) literature category and will go on to the state level. Lalie's two friends also did well. My camera takes terrible pictures in low light so everything looks a bit orange. I guess I can't make excuses for the blurred effect can I? I sure need to get Lalie's glasses adjusted - they are bent a bit cattywampus. This kid never stops moving!
