There's no real news about the adoption right now. I've been checking out airline possibilities and prices - ouch! L.'s official welcome bag apparently went over to Ethiopia recently. Although she has already seen the photo album and letter, the other things inside the welcome bag are a t-shirt from her new school, a disposable camera, and two small toys (a jumprope and a doodle-art thingy - do they have an actual name?). We sent new letters to her but apparently those missed the welcome bag departure and are headed to Ethiopia in the next Fed Ex package from my agency instead. They should be sending me a picture from when she gets her welcome bag so hopefully we'll get to see another photo of L. soon. I don't know of other families going to her orphanage until the beginning of March so there probably won't be any other photos or information for awhile.
