- Lalie and Lydia are already taking turns for pushing the elevator button and opening the hotel room door.
- We went to Sodere Hot Springs today which was said to be one hour out of town and it turned out to be 2 and a half hours on the way there and three on the way back with extra traffic. So, while we wouldn't choose to do it again, we did get to see monkeys, camels and some warthogs, along with lots of rural scenery and village life which was very interesting.
- Lydia called me mom for the first time yesterday when she scraped her knee at the pool and came over to me. She said, "Mom" and pointed at the owie on her knee.
- We went to Lydia's school today and took pictures in the classroom. It was so cute. There were probably fifty kids in the room. All the directors and teachers hugged her and kissed her goodbye like they'd known her forever. Later she said she'd only been going to that school for a month. Still it was fun seeing a little bit inside a school and the kids loved having their pictures taken.
