Shampoo

Early on, when we were in Ethiopia, Lydia asked me what that was that I was putting on her hair. It was conditioner. She tried that word out right away. I'm guessing it's not something they used at her orphanage. But, it wasn't until tonight that she asked me what that was that I was putting on her hair. This time it was the shampoo. I told her the word for it. Well, that turned out to be hilarious to her! And really, if you think about it, "shampoo" IS a funny word. So, it was big laughter in the shower tonight with her saying SHAM-POO several times.
